About the Bags

What kinds of bags do you sell?

Our catalog covers the full range of wheelchair and mobility-device storage: under-seat pouches, side bags, backrest organizers, armrest pouches, tote bags, walker bags, scooter saddlebags, oxygen tank carriers, cup holders with storage, and travel bags for chair frames and components. Most are designed to clip, strap, or Velcro on without tools and without modifying the chair.

Will it fit my chair?

Most of our bags are designed to fit standard manual wheelchairs, power chairs, transport chairs, scooters, walkers, and rollators with adjustable straps or universal-fit clips. Each product page lists frame-tube diameter ranges, mounting style, and dimensions. If you can't tell whether something fits your specific model, send us a photo of your chair and we'll help confirm before you order.

Are the bags waterproof?

It depends on the bag. Most of our standard bags are made of water-resistant nylon or polyester and will handle light rain, but they are not fully submersible. Our travel and outdoor product lines include fully waterproof options with sealed seams and waterproof zippers; those are clearly marked on the product page.

Do the bags affect chair folding?

Our under-seat and side-frame bags are designed to stay attached when the chair folds. Larger backrest organizers and walker totes are typically removed before folding for transport.

Ordering & Shipping

How fast will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I order in bulk for a healthcare facility or DME provider?

Yes. We work with DME providers, rehab facilities, hospitals, and senior living groups. Email ken@webbcap.com with the quantities and SKUs you need and we'll quote a volume discount.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.

What if I order the wrong size or it doesn't fit my chair?

Send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Call us before you order if you're unsure — we'd rather help you pick the right bag the first time.
